Ben Goorin reached out to Anatta Design in October of 2014 at a pretty dire place in their online business. The existing web team was let go and there was a need to not only have a trustworthy team takeover, but to also bring the site and the design into modern times. All while retaining the brand that brought Goorin into the world.
Though there was ample items to work on, they needed a company willing to jump right in and take the bull by the horns. That meant a few key things:

We started with a team of 2 dedicated developers (1 frontend, 1 backend) and one full time designer from our own team. Starting there, we took the following steps:
took over management of their Magento Enterprise install and upgraded it up 3 versions. Also became the Magento support staff to their existing developer on staff.
initiated a design workflow that took PSDs into responsive frontend development. And worked side by side with their on staff designer on the production design for the entire redesign including mobile/tablet screens, additional pages, and checkout flow.
built out a completely unique integration of WordPress and Magento, side by side. And launched Awesome Checkout v2.
launched the brand new responsive eCommerce brand for Goorin.com 2 months before Christmas. Trained entire staff on how to use the systems and manage them.
working to realize potential revenue from enhanced funnels and eCommerce experiences. Using social shopping and integration of content into the product.
Goorin.com is a rebranded and redesign eCommerce experience in 2016. They saw a big sales increase at the end of 2015 after the relaunch. The operations team can now completely manage the Magento site without having to take part in marketing items. And the marketing team can manage the WordPress site without having to interrupt operations. Lastly, we saw a big uptick in checkout conversion rates from 45% over 1 full year to 55% after implementation of our checkout tips.
Goorin Brothers is currently experiencing a big surge in online sales growth from the same quarter last year as a result of the redesign and efforts made to improve the brand.
