Alejandro, Albert and Dhru reached out to Anatta Design in July of 2011 with a strong desire to re architect their infrastructure. The current systems was too small scale at the time (Shopify) and they couldn’t run a multi-million dollar eCommerce site from it.
They were doing great from a sales perspective. But they wanted to do be more organized and structured so that they could keep focusing on sales. That meant a few key things:
We started with a team of 3 dedicated developers (1 frontend, 2 backend) and one full time designer from our own team. Starting there, we took the following steps:
took over management of their web assets from a team of freelance designers and develope
launched our first Magento Enterprise based eCommerce site with a full redesign that went live on the same day as a big Goop article release.
released the very first version of the Wellness Coach booking application. And helped migrate them to a scalable web hosting platform.
built all the integration tools with Braintree, ShipWire, Zendesk, Mailchimp, Mandrill.
launched a brand new responsive redesign in conjunction with another big January press release from Goop and a new book, Clean Eats.
transitioned in a team of fulltime designers and developers hired internally to Clean Program that could be managed and orchestrated from Los Angeles.
CleanProgram.com is a full fledged online business in 2016. They are able to release new products with ease, develop marketing plans with their website and their Mailchimp marketing lists, and manage full operations completely independent of Anatta Design. Anatta Design has played only a consultant role over the last few years helping out when needed and providing advice to various team members.
